I need some help, I want to…

…ADD my PROFILE on the Members-Only list.

  1. Click this link: “My Member Profile“. (Will open in a new window/tab)
  2. Click on the [ + ] button in the top-right corner of the page to add your profile.
  3. Fill out the details shown with an * next to the required info, and also any of the optional info you want available to other members.
  4. Click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. (The admin team may need to manually approve your profile before it goes live to the members list.)

…EDIT my PROFILE on the Members-Only list.

  1. Click this link: “My Member Profile“. (Will open in a new window/tab)
  2. Click the gear/cog icon on the right side of your profile listing, and select “EDIT”. If you don’t see your profile there, do you need to ADD it first?

…CLAIM an existing listing in the Public Directory.

  1. Make sure you’re logged in to this website, (if you can see this text, then you are). Open up the “Public Industry Directory” (Opens in a new window/tab), and browse through the options to find the listing you want to claim.
  2. Click on the listing name to open up the detailed view for that listing. If the listing has not been claimed already, there will be a button labelled “CLAIM” below the logo/profile image.
  3. After clicking the claim button, you will need to select a plan/payment option and follow through completing the payment process before you claim is submitted for review.
  4. After successful payment, the admin team will need to manually review and approve your claim before you will be able to edit that listing. (They may need to contact you with a request for verification of identity before approving your claim.)

…ADD a NEW listing to the Public Directory.

  1. Click this link: “My Public Directory Listings“. (Opens in a new window/tab.)
  2. Click on the [ + ] button in the top-right corner of the page to add a new listing.
  3. Choose a payment plan option, then fill out the details shown with an * next to the required info, and also any of the optional info you want to be visible on the public directory. (Some of the info you enter here may not be publicly displayed, depending on what level of payment plan you chose for the listing, unless you upgrade your listing at a future time.)
  4. Click on the “Add To Cart” button at the bottom of the page, then fill out your payment and billing details. (The admin team may need to manually approve your listing before it goes live to the public directory.)

…EDIT my listing in the Public Directory.

  1. Click this link: “My Public Directory Listings“. (Opens in a new window/tab.)
  2. Click the gear/cog icon on the right side of your profile listing, and select “EDIT”. If you don’t see your listing there, are you logged into the right account on this website, or do you need to Claim the listing first?

…UPGRADE my listing in the Public Directory.

  1. Click this link: “My Public Directory Listings“. (Opens in a new window/tab.)
  2. Click the gear/cog icon on the right side of your profile listing, and select “UPGRADE”, or “ORDER ADD-ON”.
  3. The options and pricing you see available here will depend on what level of listing you have purchased already, and also what level of membership you have with the NZHIA.
