You may have noticed some changes to the NZHIA membership structure on our new look website. There are now 5 different levels you can choose from:
All of these levels create a profile for you on the website, but only NZHIA members are eligible to put their profiles on the new ‘Members-only List’ where you can network with other NZHIA members. This is available once you are logged on, use the Membership Tab, to edit/add your member profile, view NZHIA Members list, and do a whole heap of other things – see the bottom of this post and the notes in your membership dashboard.
NZHIA Online Account
You can sign up for a free non-member ‘NZHIA Online Account’ to receive our ‘Public Newsletter’ by email. You will also be eligible to buy a listing in the NZHIA Industry Directory.

Support Membership
At $25 (inc GST) per annum, our ‘Support Membership’ gives you access to our ‘Members Newsletter’, members-only resources, a free member profile and a 50% discount if you decide to buy a ‘Bronze Listing’ in the NZHIA Industry Directory.

Individual Membership
Our ‘Individual Membership’ is $50 (excl GST) per annum. This level includes our ‘Members Newsletter’, access to members-only resources, voting rights, and a free member profile (with a link to your website) in our ‘Members List’ (visible only to paying members).
Your ‘Individual Membership’ subscription includes a complimentary ‘Bronze Listing’ in the NZHIA Industry Directory, or, you could take advantage of a 25% discount and upgrade to a ‘Silver Listing’.

Business Membership
For $100 (excl GST) per annum, a ‘Business Membership’ has all the benefits of an ‘Individual Membership’ (including a free member profile with a link to your website and a complimentary ‘Bronze Listing’ in the NZHIA Industry Directory).Â
You will also receive a 50% discount to upgrade to a ‘Silver Listing’ in the NZHIA Industry Directory OR you may choose a 25% discount to upgrade to a ‘Gold Listing’.
Your ‘Business Membership’ also entitles you to buy further upgrade options such as adding multiple locations or having a ‘featured listing’ in the NZHIA Industry Directory.

Sponsor Membership
‘Sponsor Membership’ is $500 (excl GST) per annum and includes the most member benefits.
You will receive access to members-only content, voting rights, and a featured member profile listing with a link to your website.
You will also be entitled to a complementary ‘Silver Listing’ in the NZHIA Industry Directory with the option to upgrade to a ‘Gold Listing’ at a 50% discount.
A ‘Sponsor Membership’ also means you are able to buy further upgrade options such as adding multiple locations or having a ‘featured listing’ in the NZHIA Industry Directory.

Member profiles
This is a great way to network with other NZHIA members.
You will need to be logged in to the website to view or add your member profile to the NZHIA Members-Only list’.
The information you enter on your member profile is only visible to other members of the association, if you want it to be visible to the public, then you will need to add a Public Directory listing here as well.)
Create or edit your member profile
You will need to log in. Your profile will only show up on the ‘Members-Only’ list if you have added your free ‘Members-Only’ profile listing in your account dashboard.
To view, add or edit your profile, go to My Members-Only Profile here. You’ll need to click the [ + ] button on the right side of the page to add your profile, or click the gear/cog icon to edit an existing profile.
