In New Zealand all varieties of hemp to be grown must be listed on the Ministry of Health list of “Approved Cultivars of Industrial Hemp”. The document below lists the cultivars of Industrial Hemp approved pursuant to regulation 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs (Industrial Hemp) Regulations 2006.
