Blue print for the iHemp Industry

The Misuse of Drugs Act (Industrial Hemp) Regulations 2006, gave us the green light to start growing iHemp.

The regulations provide a framework that creates and protects our industry.

Only licenced growers can grow iHemp and only iHemp can make hemp products.

This means you can now grow, make and sell hemp products from iHemp – Join the Association and develop your blue print for success in the iHemp industry.

We have a closed loop in New Zealand which protects our ability to develop local and international markets for our hemp products.

Please review the attached information on the legal frame work for iHemp in New Zealand NZHIA Hemp Regulation 2006 Summary.

Being aware of this information reduces the reputation risk associated with the iHemp industry and the word cannabis.
